What airport should I fly into?
The closest major airport to San Antonio, Texas is San Antonio International Airport (SAT). This airport is 8-10 miles from the center of San Antonio, TX and the same distance to the recommended hotels. While this is an international airport, it’s relatively small and easy to navigate with great options for flight carriers.
Do I have to stay at the listed hotels?
While we have partnered with Elements by Westin to secure a special discount for our event attendees and is our preferred property, you are not required to stay at this hotel.
Tru by Hilton is a great economy hotel option. However, there will not be a discount for event attendees at this hotel.
Discount information will be provided upon purchase of ticket.
I would like to share a room. How do I get connected with someone?
We have created a Facebook Group created just for this event and it’s attendees. You can connect with other attendees of Growth Getters Live in that group. Post in this thread if you are looking to room with someone for this event.
I see lunch is provided but I have dietary restrictions. What should I do?
We will have a survey for each of our attendees to better understand their preferences and dietary restrictions. We will collect this information and review it. If for some reason we aren’t able to accommodate, we’ll let you know prior to the event. Feel free to reach out to support@theopsauthority.com if you have a circumstance that that requires greater conversation.
Do you have payment plans?
We offer a 2-pay payment option where your ticket cost will be spread out over 2 months rather than paying in full at the time of purchase. The full ticket cost MUST be paid prior to the event. If you do not see a 2-pay option available at the time of your purchase it means we are no longer accepting the payment plan because it is too close to the event date.
What’s the refund policy?
First, we feel confident that you won’t want to miss this event. We also know that things come up. You have 2 choices if you find yourself in this situation.
1. You can transfer your ticket to another female service-based business owner. If you do this, please inform our team at support@theopsauthority.com so we can update our records so they can have an exceptional experience.
2. You can request a refund PRIOR TO February 3, 2023 by writing support@theopsauthority.com. Place “Refund Request for Growth Getter Live” in the subject line. This will be a manual refund so please allow for 10 business days to receive the credit to your account. Refunds are not available after Feb. 3, 2023.
